namaste kamala, thanks a lot for your encouraging message. I will be able to join the satsang next saturday and I hope with camera on; it depends  on how stable and fast the connection will be. I live very isolated in the french countryside...all the best to you

thank you for your comment. I could join the live sessions only ones because of internet problems. I will do it now and see if it works like it does for you. the chat is also new for me and I enjoy it

Namaste, I find it very difficult to feel that  I am part of the community. I have never been in the ashram. it's all virtual till now. I have no idea how to build up this feeling. I did the classes now for 2 years on youtube and now signed up a month ago. every satsang, classes etc inspires me very much and many things change in my life and I am very grateful for this.

wonderful class! my vata is out of balance actually and after the class I feel much more stable. thank you so much!
