Hello and namaste to this great community!
My name is Stephan and whilst I live in Sweden, I spend a lot of time in Tokyo due to my profession (if any of you are in Tokyo, please reach out!).
Yoga has become a key principle in my life, like the air we breathe and although years are passing, I still consider myself a beginner, practicing mostly through the wonderful Video guidance of Akhanda Yoga and Guruji π
Due to my tight schedule I would like to follow a given morning sadhana of about 30 minutes which I can follow for 11 weeks - any rekommendations are very welcome.
