That was fun! My muscles feel awake, the pran is moving and now I am ready for pranayam and meditation. Thank you!

What was the answer? I wondered that myself.

Wow! I like to move fast. Going slow and breathing deeply brought me and kept me in my body, in the present moment. From there I could watch my monkey mind and its constant chatter. I could feel excuses and fears coming up but then Vish would repeat that beautiful mantra and it calmed me down. I watched myself wanting to quit because it was uncomfortable to be so present…and my internet connection died in the middle…so perfect excuse to quit, right? But I restarted the computer, went back to my spot and finished. And you know, doing that made me a little stronger, and a lot calmer: a reminder that I don’t have to run from discomfort and from being in my body. A reminder that my mind does not have to run the show. It was challenging (not physically, but mentally) but was such a great class. Thank you. It really was a gift. 🙏

Will this be recorded and put on the platform? That time is half past midnight where I am so, sadly, I can’t join live.

This is my most favorite Akhanda class for many reasons. I love the frequent reminders to be happy. I love the emphasis on light, removing darkness and removing obstacles. I also love how pranayama - including kumbaka- meditation and Surya Muki Murray are incorporated into the class. There are some other fun surprises and I won’t give them all away…I’ll just say It is positive, uplifting and a great well-rounded class. My mind, body and spirit always feel brighter and lighter afterward. (Sometimes I pause the video so I can hold the poses or breath longer.) I love many Akhanda classes but this is the one I keep going back to. Thank you, Yogrishi Vishveketu, for this wonderful class!

One of my favorite classes, has asana, pranayama and meditation. And at the end we send bliss to someone…how great is that?💖
