Namaste ✨ On topic…I'd like to share something with you. A few days ago, I came across a beautiful text called “Il silenzio è cosa viva” (Silence is a living thing) by the Italian writer Chandra Livia Candiani. Unfortunately, there is no English translation available, but I will share a translated fragment (attached image) that has been incredibly beneficial to me, especially as someone who struggles with humility and in my view is deeply connected with being compassionate. It might help others too... You can find more inspiration on this in 1.33 Patanjali's Yoga Sutra.
Thank you for providing this space and for all the effort you put in for us. Your care and dedication are deeply felt and truly appreciated 🙏 Hari Om

Namaste Catarina, as Aruna Devi Ji says, the live sessions bring to life a lot more interaction and slowly will help you build up a sense of connection with yourself and others getting to feel more “at home” and being part of the community. At the beginning might not feel like it but give yourself time 💕
Indeed, a big change is to join the Satsang (Saturdays) and Agni Hotra/Puja (Sundays) through the Zoom link with the camera on... I find that this step makes me feel almost we are all in the same place sharing these uplifting practices.
I have read you had some issues with the connection, so I hope that you can soon join the lives. Looking forward to seeing you there!
