I can very much relate to the anxiety of sitting in silence. My mind always wants to rush to the next best thing, or tell me that something is wrong with me mentally or physically. It’s silly, I know they are just thoughts ! But it can be so overwhelming at times and leave me feeling very disconnected.
So I will definitely give Brahmaree Pranayama a try. I have practiced short versions during lessons, but will try and deepen the experience by doing longer versions ❤️
