Do we have a class on Chandra namaskar? I did a search but didn’t see anything. It would be great to have a class in that practice.

I completed day 21. I feel strong and very grateful for this practice, Yogrishi and the Akhanda family! I only understood the idea and importance of a daily practice through Yogrishis teachings. This was one of the most powerful teaching I received to date! Looking forward to 51 days and where that brings me. 🙏🙏🙏

Day 20! I tried doing this last year and my body gave up on me half way through it. I spent the year working on this and now I’m up to day 20 and feel great!

How long of a break should one take before moving on to 51 days and then 108

Sublimation

Hi I was looking for a sublimation practice and any indirection Yogrishi may have in that matter. I saw some videos from yogi Bhajan but would love to get Yogrishis thoughts on this. To clarify looking to convert semen into ojas. Thanks!

My favorite practice at the moment! I have been starting every day with it. If I want to incorporate sun salutations into this practice would you do them before or after?
